30A Photography Regulations
Alys Beach
- Family/Senior/Non-Commercial Photography is only allowed by Alys Beach homeowners and rental guests
- The Booked Photographer MUST be on the Alys Beach Exclusive Photographer list (we are, yay!) and submit the rental agreement/photography session request to Alys Beach for prior approval. The photographer will meet security before the photo session and receive a lanyard to wear for the duration of the session.
- There is no public beach access and you must use your Keycard to access the beach.
If you are not staying on Alys Beach Property, you will be asked to leave by security.
Rosemary Beach
- Family/Senior/Non-Commercial Photography is only allowed by Rosemary Beach homeowners and rental guests only.
- The Booked Photographer MUST be on the Rosemary Beach Preferred Photographers list (we are, yay!) or you could be subject to paying a $500 fee. The photographer still must submit the rental agreement/photography session request to Rosemary Beach for prior approval.
- If you are renting in Rosemary Beach, but not through the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Agency, you must pay $500 to have your photography session in Rosemary Beach UNLESS you are using a photographer on the Preferred Photographers List (we are, yay!)
- There is no public beach access, and you use your Keycard to access the beach.
- If you park in unofficial spots, you will be ticketed.
Watercolor, Florida
- You may photograph families at the Cerulean Park in Watercolor who are visiting Watercolor.
- There is no public beach access, and you use your Watercolor armband to access the beach. Rules require an extra for the photographer.
- If you park in Watercolor with no permit (other than near the "downtown", you will be ticketed.
